Who operates this course
Rooms of Influence and the Win@Work Interview Masterclass are operated by DiggerApp (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa. Company registration number: 2017/498283/07. Registered in South Africa. Director: Christo Andries Engelbrecht.

Your purchase
The Win@Work Interview Masterclass is a self-guided recorded course priced at US$27 for a single purchase. Online access lasts 12 calendar months from the verified purchase. All lessons are unlocked. There is no automatic recurring payment. A new paid purchase can renew access; renewal before expiry adds 12 months to the existing end date.
Personal use and saved work
The playbook and notes you download may be kept for personal use. Course videos and materials are provided for individual learning; please do not redistribute them or share your access. Saved progress and worksheet notes are kept during your online access and for 12 months after it expires, to support renewal. After that period, they are deleted. Contact us if you want to request earlier deletion.
Billing, access and refunds
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase, even if you have opened or started the lessons. Email contact@diggerapp.io with the email address on your receipt and your order number. Your request must reach us within seven days of the purchase timestamp shown on your receipt.
Payments, receipts and refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy. A full refund ends your online course access. Refunds will be processed within any applicable statutory deadline; the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
The seven-day window is our standard change-of-mind refund policy. It does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, including for faulty or undelivered services, or Lemon Squeezy’s ability to issue refunds under its terms. For duplicate charges or problems accessing your purchase, contact us at the same email address, including after the seven-day window.
Privacy
We use your verified email and purchase details to provide course access and send purchase and expiry notices. We store lesson completion, playback position and the worksheet notes you save. Sign-in uses secure cookies. Notes are visible only through your authenticated account and authorised service operations. Avoid entering sensitive personal information or confidential employer information.
The platform uses Netlify for hosting, Supabase for authentication, database and private files, Lemon Squeezy for payments, and Resend for course notifications. DiggerApp (Pty) Ltd is responsible for the course platform’s use of your personal information. Send privacy and account-deletion requests to contact@diggerapp.io. Our production Supabase database, authentication and private course files are hosted in Ireland (EU). Supabase may also process support, operational information and content delivery outside that region. Resend processes email information in the United States. Formspree processes form information in the United States and other countries where it operates. Netlify and Lemon Squeezy may process information internationally. These providers publish privacy and processing terms describing their security, transfer and retention practices: Supabase, Netlify, Resend, Formspree and Lemon Squeezy.
Website forms and launch notifications
Website forms collect the contact details and information you choose to submit for enquiries, applications and waitlists. Formspree processes these form submissions. We no longer collect new podcast or shop waitlist signups on this website. Previously collected launch-waitlist details remain limited to the purpose you agreed to and the retention periods below. A previous waitlist signup does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing contact@diggerapp.io.
How long we keep information
- Course notes and progress: during online course access and for 12 months after access expires, then deleted. Renewing within that period preserves your saved work.
- Launch waitlists: deleted within 30 days after the relevant launch notification is sent, unless you separately choose ongoing updates.
- Waitlists awaiting launch: after 12 months, we ask whether you wish to remain. Without renewed consent, your details are removed. Renewed consent starts a further 12-month period.
- Payment and accounting records: kept separately for the periods required by applicable law. Deleting course notes or withdrawing marketing consent does not require the deletion of records we must legally retain.
Sign-in, purchase and course-access notices are operational messages. Ongoing marketing requires a separate choice.
Deletion from active records does not necessarily remove copies immediately from restricted provider backups or legally required security, billing and accounting records. Those copies remain subject to the relevant provider’s retention process and applicable legal obligations.
Your privacy choices
Email contact@diggerapp.io to request access to your personal information, correct it, request deletion or withdraw waitlist consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on an account request. We will explain if a legal obligation prevents us from deleting particular records. You may also lodge a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
Learning outcomes
The course supports your interview preparation and positioning. It does not promise a job offer or salary outcome.
